E-BI Corporate Sustainability Committee

In order to enhance the company's sustainable competitiveness and demonstrate its determination for sustainable operations, E-BI established the Corporate Sustainability Committee (CS Committee) in April 2021 as the highest guiding organization for E-BI's sustainability management work. This committee will be chaired by the general manager starting from November 2022. It will be responsible for setting annual goals for corporate social responsibility in the economic, environmental and social aspects and regularly supervising the implementation status, leading E-BI to improve its sustainable development and achieve various short-term goals. mid- to long-term goals, and regularly report implementation plans and results to the board of directors every year. In response to the overall environment, issues of concern to stakeholders and changes in industry development trends, we measure the core capabilities of E-BI, integrate the operation of the committee into nine categories and implement them into daily operations, in order to achieve more focused and refined sustainability.
