Description of organizational changes for 2023
- In order to comply with the development of corporate governance, the company formulated the "Organizational Rules of the Nomination Committee" in February 2023 and passed the establishment of a nomination committee to nominate candidates; construct the organizational structure of the committee, conduct performance evaluation, and evaluate independence; formulate and regularly review the succession plan.
- In order to enhance sustainable competitiveness, the Chairman personally serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer, leading the formulation of E-BI corporate social responsibility strategies and goals in all aspects of the economy, environment and society, continuously optimizing the operating system, improving corporate governance and shaping E-BI Technology’s corporate sustainability culture.
