E-BI are committed to conduct our business with integrity and integrity and to abide by the laws and ethical standards of the countries in which we operate, and to make full compliance an important policy of the Company.
The E-BI Legal Department establishes a sound compliance system and formulates compliance guidelines, and regularly monitors any domestic and foreign legal changes that may have a significant impact on the company's operations to ensure that global operations are in compliance with national laws and regulations.
The E-BI requires all employees to abide by the integrity discipline and clearly regulate the code of conduct of employees, including professional ethics, legal norms, employee relations, gifts and hospitality, customer privacy, intellectual property rights, discrimination, bribery, conflicts of interest, and the protection of company assets and reputation.
E-BI sign a statement of moral commitment when colleagues arrive at their posts. The training contents of the executive responsible business alliance (RBA) entity course include: clean operation, no improper income, confidential information protection, intelligent property protection, intellectual property rights, advertising competition, contract risk management, fair trade, identity confidentiality, anti-corruption, conflict-free minerals (purchasing metals), environmental protection, privacy, elimination of retaliation and other items.
In addition, through internal control audit management, internal inspection and review operations are performed for all units and subsidiaries of the Company in accordance with the Company's internal control system, and the status of implementation is disclosed in the Company's annual report.
